| Our
cottages are furnished for housekeeping with kitchen,
dining/living room, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower,
automatic LP heat, color TV, private deck w/gas grill and
patio furniture, and bed linens supplier Please bring your
own kitchen and bath towels. Boats are not included with
cottage, since many guests prefer to bring their own. Rates
are based on four (4) people or less.
Cancellations: Refunds of deposit are made provided we
receive a minimum of 60 days notice and your vacancy is
re-filled for that time less a $50.00 service charge per
week (no exceptions) . Refilling your cabin on a part time
basis or by transferring existing guests does not meet the
requirements of refilling of a refilled vacancy. Unexpected
late arrivals & early departures will be billed at full rate
as if you were here regardless of reason. Prepayment, being
defined as extra money paid down on your account in
addition to your deposit, is transferable but not
refundable. ALL RATES SUBJECT TO
WI STATE SALES TAX (5.5%) AND IRON RIVER ROOM TAX (3%) |

rental week from Saturday to Saturday. A 10% discount on weekly rentals is
given to quests who have stayed here in any of the past
three years. A 5% discount for rentals of two weeks or
more; longer term rates available on request.

Rentals are for CALENDAR DAY and begin at 10a.m.
and end at dusk unless prior arrangements are made. For
all rentals, Wisconsin state law requires one
WEARABLE preserver per person plus, for pontoons,
one throwable preserver on board. Pontoon rentals are
limited to a weight limit of 1,600 lbs. for people and
gear -PLAN YOUR GROUP ACCORDINGLY! Because of
their popularity we advise advance reservations for
pontoon rentals and require a $20.00 /day reserved
nonrefundable deposit which can be refunded ONLY
if weather is severe enough to make use of the pontoon
UNSAFE.
Confirmed reservations will be held ONLY ONE HOUR unless
a later arrival time is guaranteed. MasterCard and Visa
accepted.
